Price per user
CellworXs® is priced at 99,- USD per user or 89,- EUR per user.
CellworXs® is "copy protected" through a user activation key that needs to be entered. This key is individually generated based on the users network ID. The activation key is valid for 18 month after the key generation, after which the activation key needs to be renewed free of charge. Softalis will automatically provide the new key before expiry to the email address mentioned during ordering.

Without the activation key CellworXs® will operate in limited trial mode. Please consult the user manual to revisit the trial version limitations.
Price for multiple users - Enterprise licenses
Please contact us for quotes on multiple licenses. Considerable discounts apply for companies purchasing multiple licenses.
Pricing for extended maintenance
CellworXs® comes with excellent free support as described under the section "Free Technical support" on our support pages.
If you want to extend support and benefit from price reductions on future releases, you can purchase a maintenance contract. Details are provided under the section "Ongoing Annual Maintenance Contract" on our support pages. Please contact us for quotes on maintenance contracts.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, credit card payment (via PayPal) and payment via PayPal accounts.
We do not accept company or private cheques.

All indicated prices are excluding VAT. The product download and activation key submission is considered as a service rendered in Belgium, as such the following VAT rules apply:

Invoicing/Ordering
All ordering will automatically generate an invoice. By ordering you accept our licence conditions, that can be read here and our invoicing conditions.
Online purchases via PayPal
You will get via postal mail an invoice (stating that the invoice has been paid already).
Please submit your details (name, email, phone) and your company details (name, full address). Companies registered in the European Community, but outside Belgium need to send as well their valid VAT number in order to be exempted of VAT. Not submitting the VAT number will automatically include 21% VAT charge in addition to the purchase price.
In addition you need to send the number of required user activation keys and the different users network ID. We will return immediately to your mentioned email address the different users activation keys. The invoice will follow by post and is payable within 30 days invoice date. You can also pay by using PayPal (incl. credit card payment).
User activation key exchanges
You can request an activation key exchange if a prior registered user is not using CellworXs® anymore. You need to submit the network IDs of the user(s) to be disabled and the new user ID(s). You need to guarantee that the disabled user(s) will not access the CellworXs® add-in anymore! You will receive new activation keys for the new user(s). If you are not covered by the maintenance contract each activation key exchange event is charged with 49,- EUR (Note: an activation key exchange event can cover several users). If you are covered by a maintenance contract, activation key exchange events are free of charge.
