Please submit your details (name, email, phone) and your company details (name, full address). Companies registered in the European Community, but outside Belgium need to send as well their valid VAT number in order to be exempted of VAT. Not submitting the VAT number will automatically include 21% VAT charge in addition to the purchase price.
In addition you need to send the number of required user activation keys and the different users network ID. We will return immediately to your mentioned email address the different users activation keys. The invoice will follow by post and is payable within 30 days invoice date. You can also pay by using PayPal (incl. credit card payment).
Support requests
Please enter as specific as possible in the “feature request detail” the type of problem and when it occurs. Mention also your version of Microsoft Excel and operating system version. Activation key exchanges
You can request an activation key exchange if a prior registered user is not using CellworXs® anymore. You need to submit the network IDs of the user(s) to be disabled and the new user ID(s). You need to guarantee that the disabled user(s) will not access the CellworXs® add-in anymore! You will receive new activation keys for the new user(s). If you are not covered by the maintenance contract each activation key exchange event is charged with 49,- EUR (excl VAT). Note: an activation key exchange event can cover several users. If you are covered by a maintenance contract, activation key exchange events are free of charge.
